Coaching
for high-functioning people
who live in their heads and hold too much.

The Method
LE CœUR RÉSONANT
the resonant core
Two ends of the same nervous system.
Control and surrender are not opposites. Most capable people know one of them well and treat the other as
a threat. The work is learning to move between them on purpose.
It is somatic, not talk alone. You feel the shift before you can explain it.
Le CœurRésonant is built for people whose minds already work.
We work with the parts that got left behind.
This path that is dedicated to the intelligence of the living body. It brings our heart, gut and soul - our Kokoro - in resonance with ourselves, others, the world.
It is a method for embodied intimacy and relational presence.
The practice draws on years of study across somatic disciplines, tantric and yogic traditions, and mindfulness practice.
We focus on presence, attunement, and relational depth. This is a space for embodied practice, connection, and refined intuition.

Who ist this for?
Individuals ready to inhabit themselves
more fully
This pathway is for people who feel disconnected; from their bodies, their desire, their confidence, or their sense of self. It is also for those who feel the call to go deeper: into their sensuality, their self-expression, and their relationship with their own aliveness.
The work supports:
-
Rebuilding trust and safety in the body after trauma, numbness, or disconnection
-
Developing a more attuned relationship with sensation, desire, and emotional signal
-
Increasing confidence, magnetism, and embodied self-trust
-
Clarifying what you actually want in intimacy, creativity, and life
-
For women especially: stepping out of over-adaptation and into embodied authority
Drawing on somatic psychology, Tantric practice, authentic movement, and shamanic approaches as well as Shibari to identity and transform, this is slow, precise, compassionate work.

Those navigating disconnection, fragmentation, or the aftermath of addiction, trauma, separation
This pathway welcomes people carrying the weight of chronic stress, burnout, addiction recovery, grief, or more complex trauma. It is also for those who simply feel fragmented, not quite at home in themselves, not quite sure how they got here.
The work offers:
-
Gentle, body-led regulation and nervous system support
-
Somatic approaches to processing and integrating difficult experience
-
Shamanic practices for working with transition, loss, and identity
-
Reiki as a tool for energy regulation and deep rest
-
A gradual, compassionate rebuilding of the body as a place of safety
This is not crisis intervention, and works best alongside appropriate therapeutic support where needed. It is a slow, intelligent companion for the longer journey of coming back to oneself.

Couples who want to feel
more alive together
Many couples arrive having already tried to talk about what isn’t working.
This work begins somewhere different: with the body.
Rather than trying to find the right words first, we explore what happens between two people through breath, movement, touch, attention, and presence.
Through guided somatic and relational practices, couples can explore:
-
Deeper attunement and embodied listening: learning to notice subtle shifts in breath, posture, movement, energy, and emotional state, and responding with greater sensitivity.
-
Communication beyond words: discovering how much can be expressed and understood through presence, touch, rhythm, movement, and the ability to slow down and listen.
-
A richer, more responsive sensuality: moving beyond performance or expectation towards curiosity, pleasure, and a more nuanced awareness of what feels good, wanted, and alive for both partners.
-
Renewed trust and emotional safety: practising how to approach vulnerability, boundaries, uncertainty, and repair without immediately falling back into familiar patterns.
-
Playfulness and spontaneity: making room for exploration, surprise, humour, and the pleasure of discovering each other again.
-
Intimacy that feels nourishing rather than effortful: cultivating connection that doesn't depend on getting it right, but grows from presence, responsiveness, and genuine contact.
Ultimately, this is about learning to feel each other again: to notice, respond, soften, play, and remain present.
Because intimacy is something you can feel.

Individuals and couples navigating one of life's most demanding passages - IVF and Fertility
VF and fertility treatment can be one of life’s most demanding passages. When the body becomes a site of procedures, monitoring, hormones, and waiting, it can be difficult to remain connected to yourself within a process that can feel increasingly clinical and out of your hands.
Our work offers a space to stay in relationship with your body . As a living, sensing part of you.
We support you in:
-
Staying connected to your body when it has become the focus of procedures, injections, tests, and monitoring.
-
Holding grief, hope, uncertainty, and repeated disappointment without becoming overwhelmed or shutting down.
-
Staying connected to desire, pleasure, and intimacy when sex has become scheduled, clinical, or emotionally loaded.
-
Meeting the feeling that your body has failed you, betrayed you, or let you down with compassion rather than shame.
-
Reclaiming a sense of agency over your somatic self, particularly when it has been handed over to protocols and medical processes.
Drawing on somatic psychology, Tantric practice, and somatic bodywork, we create a space to slow down, reconnect, and listen to what is happening beneath the surface.
This is gentle, mindful, and compassionate work supporting you to remain present with yourself and centred in yourself through it.
